Moved folders in shared mailbox
Our helpdesk has been getting some calls regarding Shared folders inside shared mailboxes. Hither's the situation: We have a shared mailbox with vi shared folders directly under "inbox". Each shared folder has different people who accept rights to information technology. Then no ane has rights to more one of those subfolders. What seems to be happening is that someone who has rights to "binder A", accidentally drags "folder A" into "folder B". Just then since they don't take admission to folder B, they can't get it dorsum. I don't know how this is happening because I wouldn't take thought that they'd be able to drag binder A into folder B if they didn't have rights to folder B?

I'm having a question i'll you lot could reply for me, I don't know if it's the right thread only I try to mail service here.
I had a "Office 365 Pocket-size Business Premium Trial" but then bought the "Office 365 Small Concern (Month to Month)".
I merely received a mail where it says it'south gonna erase my data - but will it exist erased when I accept bought some licenses for the other version?
My thought is that information technology is weird to send me the postal service if I accept a license without the content is valid?
Anybody who can assistance?
Dirsync user mailboxes aren't created after assigning licenses.
After activating Licenses on the part 365 the mailboxes were not created succesfully.
When we assign a license in the portal we also get a bulletin.

Tin I edit the user Id in Office 365
I've one user Id which is in Approval Grouping and few files are already assigned to him for Approval. Now the persion has left the company. Can I edit the same user id and modify the name. Later on edit the ID the alter id can corroborate the same documents without any issue.

Document Set not Recreated Correctly from Library Template
I have encounterd a problem in SharePoint online 2013 that breaks the document sets in a new library that I created from my library template. The problem manifests itself when you navigate to the newly created document library. The document set volition appear as a folder with no document set related options or home page. You can however create new document sets and these work fine.
When the certificate library is function of a site template it seems to piece of work fine.
My question is: what should I do to solve this issue for certificate templates.
Role 365 Mail service Commitment Options - can't stop Forwarding
Under Exchange Properties, then Mailbox Features, then Mail Menstruum and Delivery options, I had ready a mailbox to have the emails forwarded to another mailbox for a few weeks. When no longer needed, I went to the aforementioned area in commitment options and unchecked the box for forwarding and removed the forwarded destination mailbox from the drop downwards. However, when I click on OK to save the changes, I get an error box that pops up that says "Error - please set up the highlighted areas and and then try saving again". In that location are no highlighted areas that I tin can see. There are simply two choices in this view and neither ane seems to accept any affect on this mistake message. I can't disengage that forwarding of the emails fifty-fifty though the forwarding box is not checked. Even when I go to this area and practise not brand any changes and so click on the OK button, the aforementioned fault appears. Aid!
EOP: Make up one's mind Why a Message Was Marked every bit Junk?
We utilize Exchange Online Protection as an external spam filter for our on-premise Exchange 2013 server. We've suddenly seen a dramatic increase in the amount of emails being sent to the Junk Folder in Outlook with the message "This bulletin was marked every bit spam past a junk filter other than Outlook" - i.e. EOP is marking them equally junk.
Is there a way for u.s. to determine why EOP is marking these messages as junk? I'd rather not blindly start disabling my content filter rules.
Non seeing list of documents on "Documents" page
I have fourteen items in documents which tin be accessed from links in the site. Also when I look at the site map its says they are at that place. Merely, when I click on documents I can't run across whatsoever documents. If I click on the site map link to documents I get "404 not found". This simply started fairly recently and so perhaps I inadvertently inverse something?

I am in way, way over my head and need to cancel a subscription to Role 365 Pro Plus that I naively prepare up yesterday, as it is totally unsuitable for anything I need. I cannot call Microsoft, equally it dials the number (ii of them) and then nada happens. Zilch. Nada. I can't detect an online chat pick. I practise not want to but cancel my subscription online, considering I think I am going to terminate up forking out £140 for an annual contract I don't want. How the heck practise I speak to a human at Microsoft and beg them to get me out of this nightmare???!!!

Display 365 health status on SharePoint Page
Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to display the electric current health status of Role 365 inside a SharePoint folio to brand users aware of issues or fixes that Microsoft are enlightened of. The reason for this is and so that users know that they may experience issues when using a SharePoint site and cutting the number of calls to the Helpdesk.
I am able to become the RSS feeds working for this, however I would like if possible a more simple look of the traffic light system which is used for the 365 health status.

I take posted questions in two Role 365 forums a month agone. Tin can't seem to get an answer. I have public facing website. I barely know what I'thousand doing. I am non a coder. I just need to know if I can resolve these on my own or if I am out of my league. Here are my issues:
ane. A keyword audit pulls upwardly oodles of keywords that are not in the content of the pages. It appears to be pulling up metadata related to Role 365 community stuff. In other words, it pulls up phrases like "Office 365 Community", "Office support", "post your question" and so forth. If I pull up the source code for the particular webpage this stuff appears in the code. I experience it is affecting the 'weight' a detail webpage has. I am trying to improve the keyword meta tag relevancy. I am trying to make the website SEO friendly. Can I get rid of this language?
two. A webpage audit tells me I need alt epitome descriptions. I would similar to take the images out if I tin (Twitter icon, facebook icon, etc.). None of the images were added by me. They appear to come from Template.
